Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the product description, or pricing.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in AUD.

Shipping

We ship Worldwide. Orders are processed within 48hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has sent. 

For domestic, Australia wide shipping we use Sendle. Sendle offers 100% carbon neutral delivery. We align with Sendle for the love of mother Earth.

Pre-orders are shipped as per the date specified on the shop page. You will be contacted via email when your goods have been sent and to keep you up to date on any necessary information.

For International shipping, we use Australia Post Express service.

Please Note: Customs and duty fees are not included at the Blyss checkout. It is the customers responsibility to pay these fees on their end. We cannot determine the duty fees country to country, so please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. We also do not provide return shipping labels for international customers that may wish to exchange their goods.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 10 days of receipt of goods. All Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items.

Blyss makes small batch production runs therefore we cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available at the time of exchange. If the style or size you require is unavailable you will be issued a store credit to be used within 24 months of issue date.

Blyss does not offer refunds. Our garments are quality controlled prior to sending out and washing instructions are informed on shop page.

Your privacy is important to us and we ensure that the information you provide is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian privacy law. If you choose to provide your personal details to us, we may collect the requested information from you including your name and contact details and any other information that you supply to us.

Mobile Terms of Service

The BLYSS STUDIOS mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by BLYSS STUDIOS (“BLYSS STUDIOS”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to BLYSS STUDIOS’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of BLYSS STUDIOS through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with BLYSS STUDIOS. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to BLYSS or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other BLYSS STUDIOS mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blyss Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of nsw, Australia.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
