Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including due to product availability, errors in product descriptions, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we need to cancel or modify an order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Pricing

All prices are in AUD.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Orders are generally processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Pre-orders are shipped according to the estimated date specified on the relevant shop page. You will receive an email confirmation once your pre-order has been dispatched, along with any relevant updates should the estimated dispatch date change.

For domestic Australian shipping, we use Australia Post.

These price guidelines are subject to order weight.

For international shipping, we use Australia Post Express International.

• International Free Shipping on orders over $500

• International Shipping: from $40

These price guidelines are subject to destination and order weight.

Please Note: Customs duties, taxes and import fees are not included at the Blyss checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable fees upon arrival.

We cannot determine customs or duty fees from country to country, so please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding potential charges before placing your order.

We do not refund original shipping costs for customers who reject their packages upon arrival due to failure to pay applicable customs or duty fees.

Blyss does not provide return shipping labels for international customers who wish to exchange their goods.

Returns & Exchanges

Blyss does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

We accept exchanges for full-priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable. Items must be free from marks, stains, fragrances or other signs of wear.

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges.

Blyss makes small-batch production runs, therefore we cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available at the time of exchange.

If the style or size you require is unavailable, you will be issued a store credit to be used within 24 months of the issue date.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at hello@blyssstudios.com.au so that we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.

For faulty items, we may ask you to provide photographs or return the item to us for assessment.

Where a product is confirmed to have a problem covered by Australian Consumer Law, Blyss will provide the remedy required by law.

Our garments are quality controlled prior to dispatch. Washing and care instructions are provided on the relevant shop page, and we recommend following these instructions carefully to maintain the quality and longevity of your garment.

Your privacy is important to us and we ensure that the information you provide is collected and held in accordance with applicable Australian privacy law.

By providing your personal information, you acknowledge that it may be collected and used for these purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The BLYSS STUDIOS mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by BLYSS STUDIOS ("BLYSS STUDIOS", "we", "us" or "our").

By opting into the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any of its features, at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

By consenting to BLYSS STUDIOS' SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of BLYSS STUDIOS at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include promotional content, special offers, cart reminders and other marketing communications.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase products from BLYSS STUDIOS and is not a condition of any purchase. Participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but your mobile or wireless provider may charge you for text messages or data. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile provider.

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to BLYSS or by using the unsubscribe link provided in a message, where available. You will receive a one-time confirmation message following your opt-out request. No further messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt back in.

If you have subscribed to other BLYSS STUDIOS mobile message programs, you may need to opt out of each program separately.

We may change the short code or telephone number used to operate the Service from time to time. Where required, we will notify you of any changes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blyss Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the applicable laws and courts of New South Wales, Australia.
